We are licensed independent ATM deployer and our ATMs perform basic bank transactions like cash withdrawal, cheque deposit, and balance enquiry. CasCash is rugged and foul proof and our call centre is available 24/7 to attend to customers when they encounter challenges. We have a very strong relationship with our Chinese partners - Messrs Guangzou KingTeller Technologies Company Ltd who give us optimum support by providing engineers who work side by side with our own engineers in Nigeria. We currently deploy either ‘Through The Wall’ or ‘In – Lobby’ Models.
Services of the ChamsAccess ATM unit:
1.Deployment: As a licensed ATM deployer, we currently deploy ATMs to offsite bank locations; this is to allow card holders to have access to their money when they need it.
2.Outsourced Maintenance: We have experience in the management of different brands of ATMs such as wincor, diebold, NCR etc. We carry out routine maintenance of ATMs for ATM owners and act as custodians of such ATMs. We have a monitoring tool that allows us monitor down time and act accordingly to avoid unnecessary delays or inconvenience for our clients.
3.Sales and Installation: We sell ATMs and also install such for banks and other related institutions that need ATMs to enhance their customer satisfaction experience.
4.Signage and Promotions: We provide signage to our clients, and assist in broadcasting the promotions to specific locations as requested by clients.
Functions of CasCashTM
i.Balance Enquiries and Mini Statement: This allows you to check account balance and also the last four transactions on your account.
ii.Cash withdrawal from both Debit and Credit cards: ChamsAccess ATMs (CasCash) allows you withdraw cash at any time of the day.
iii.Local Fund Transfer: Transfer of funds from savings to current and vice versa is possible using our ATMs. Money can also be transferred to unbanked recipient via our special application.
iv.Pin Change: This service allows you to change your pin code at will.
v.Bills Payment to PHCN, DSTV, Air Time Recharge would commence in phase 2 of our deployment.
We capture all card schemes notably ‘Interswitch and verve ’,‘ Vpay/Visa’ and ‘E-Tranzact geneses’.

1.Reliable performance: Our ATMs are reliable and we ensure up to 90% availability at all times
2.Camera Support System: To conform to CBN regulatory measure, we have installed on all the terminals a parabolic camera on real time data capture. They ensure that all transactions are effectively probed.
3.Fraud Preventive Measures: We have installed an infra red sensor as an anti skimming measure on the terminals that triggers off the ATM with a possible attack.
4.Card Capture System: Upon a card capture, ChamsAccess would return the cards to the issuing bank within 48 hours of the event.
5.Dustproof and mildew resistant design: Our ATMs are semi-outdoor units that withstand basic weather conditions
6.User friendly interface: The interface design is simple, friendly and easy to use; it does not need special training for first timers.
