We are ChamsAccess Limited - a leading ICT firm in Nigeria. Our core business is the deployment and maintenance of ChamsAccess Service Terminals (CAST), ChamsAccess ATMs and Management of a world class Data centre. Our goal is to provide the most convenient way to interactive solutions.
The ChamsAccess self service Terminals facilitate payment of bills, purchase of airtime recharge cards, telephony services and other customized services for businesses like banks, customer care centres, utility service providers etc. It is a 24/7 self-service, e-payment platform that allows the use of payment cards. CAST is safe, fast, and convenient and does not need human interface.
Our ATMs are configured with adequate security devices to ensure safety of Cardholders. Money can also be transferred to the unbanked communities through the special application on our ATMs.
Our data center has the storage capacity of up to 12 terabytes with a full scale disaster recovery site. It is built to store data for organizations and also serve as disaster recovery sites for other organizations.
Our goal is to ensure that ATMs and Self service terminals are within walking distance of every payment cardholder. Our skills and expertise in deploying semi-outdoor units would ensure efficient 24 hours availability of our ATMs and self service Terminals. We also maintain a 24-hour in-house customer service support that ensures our users are protected at all times.
Our ultimate goal in ChamsAccess is to provide unprecedented convenience on an interactive platform to serve various telecommunication and financial needs of the society we live in. With the ChamsAccess Data centre and expertise in database creation, we can customize database needs to satisfy client’s requirements.
